Dot is a Organizational Development Practitioner, based in Cape Town, who specializes in human capital management and performance enhancement. Through the course of her career she has covered a broad range of business disciplines, finding that her passion lies in solving business challenges through effective people development.

Setting the foundation for her career, Dot spent six years at the multi award-winning Cape Grace Hotel, working across a range of both operational and support functions. Amongst her roles, Dot was responsible for Human Capital Management and Learning & Development. Her greatest achievement included the Cape Grace’s successful bid for the Fair Trade in Tourism award. The bid achieved 100% for the skills development component of the assessment, based on the programs and initiatives that she implemented for the organization.

After leaving Cape Grace, Dot joined the global Talent Mondial team where she and her international colleagues designed and implemented client solutions for the likes of American Express, Cummins global and Singapore Airlines. Her focus was to provide results that showed better organizational performance and optimized talent retention.

Dot currently supports both a local and international client base and works to equip her clients with implementation strategies to deliver exceptional value and results through their people.

In her spare time Dot is involved in launching entrepreneurial projects for The Mhani Gingi Trust, a social entrepreneurial network. As one of their trustees she uses her varied commercial experience to develop the skills of their members and assist them in being able to grow and sustain small businesses.
