Peter Pattenden is a Consultant with over 25 years experience working in the people performance field with clients throughout the world.

His early career was in sales and sales management with the UK division of a Canadian multinational business. During his 12 years with the company he won numerous awards for leading his team’s success.

A natural communicator with a passion for delivering results, Peter left the company in 1985 and established his own performance consulting practice – People Skills International.

The business flourished with major projects in the areas of Cultural Transformation, Leadership and Sales. In the late 90’s, having developed a successful company with a blue chip client list, Peter sold the business to an American consulting practice, a move that enabled him to expand his personal consulting interests.

Now a seasoned professional, Peter consults with CEOs and Senior Executives on people and performance issues. His pragmatic approach to delivering performance balances a focus on results with a human dimension. He applies behavioral science principles and assessment tools to better align people’s performance with strategy, thereby increasing employee engagement and business performance.

Peter provides Talent Mondial with a wealth of knowledge and experience in the People & Culture area.

When not on assignment Peter lives in Mauritius. He travels extensively and continues his interest in Polo, a sport he played internationally for 10 years.
